We work closely with Veterinarians, Farriers, Dentists, Saddle fitters and Coaches to ensure all aspects of performance and rehabilitation are covered.
We are registered with the Institute of Registered Veterinary and Animal Physiotherapists and Insured through Towergate Insurance company.
Meet the Team
Caroline Chambers
Equi-Formance is run by Caroline Chambers BSc (Hons) AdvCertVPhys, offering performance enhancement and rehabilitation services to horses in the North and South of Ireland. Caroline has always had a passion for the health and well-being of animals and her experience competing in a variety of equestrian disciplines has given her a great understanding of the physical requirements placed on these animals.
Caroline completed a Veterinary Physiotherapy course through Canine and Equine Physiotherapy Training (CEPT) which is run at a Level 7 ensuring a high standard of training. As a full member of IRVAP, she regularly attends continual professional development days to ensure she is up to date with new research and developing her skills and knowledge. She follows a strict 'Code of Practice' and is fully insured.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband and son. They go on hikes, Swim and also love to travel.
Olivia is our MSK therapist and joined Equi-Formance back in 2024. She is currently studying veterinary physiotherapy and we are excited for her to be a fully qualified veterinary physio in 2026!
She has a passion for helping horses feel their best and particularly loves working the more complex case, trying to get to the bottom of what has caused the discomfort.
Outside of work, Olivia spends time with her own horse, when she has time around her studies.
